In this role, you will continuously improve their global trade program through automation, process streamlining, training, risk assessments, etc. The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst must demonstrate deep understanding of the various regulations governing global trade and is responsible for reviewing import transactions to ensure compliance with Customs and Participating Government Agency requirements. The Analyst will also assess and pursue opportunities to reduce their annual tariff expenses.

The Mechanical department provides Mechanical Engineering expertise for all phases of product development, from design through production. Applies expertise in Mechanical Engineering in various aspects of the development of electronic components for aerospace applications. For Engineering, the Senior Mechanical Engineer provides this expertise to development and sustaining projects: addressing design of mechanical packaging for electronics, mechanical analysis, design and qualification testing, and creation of design and program documentation.

The Methods Planner – Supports aircraft MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations by developing, maintaining, and improving work instructions, routings, and maintenance plans. This role requires deep knowledge of repair techniques and hands-on experience with structural repairs to ensure maintenance activities are executable, efficient, and compliant with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work plans align with FAA, OEM, and internal compliance requirements

• Develop and implement Repair and Maintenance methods and procedures

• Develop repair solutions based on condition of the component

• Optimize repair processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Provide interpretation guidance to evaluation and inspection teams and liaise with Design Engineering team for repair solutions

• Escalate maintenance manual out of limit conditions to engineering

• Develop and maintain Bill of Materials

• Develop work instructions, procedures, and documentation for Repair and Maintenance processes

• Determine the optimal cycle time for each task, identifying potential areas for improvement in work methods and ergonomics

As a Buyer, you will develop and implement global external supplier and commodity strategies that will drive long-term improvements in quality, cost and delivery, with engagement and support of key stakeholders so as to enhance competitive and commercial performance of Rolls-Royce, its customers and suppliers. The Aircraft Proposal Technical Writer reports to the Director of Sales. Responsibilities include technical writing for proposals and contracts from inception of proposal request to approval stage, through the turnover to the RSM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review RFQ’s and Sales opportunities, interpret terms and conditions, pricing schedule details and coordination of requirements.

2. Prepare and/or assist with proposal preparation in accordance with RFQ’s/SOW’s.

3. Work with supervisors and managers for timely conclusion of contract/proposal inputs, provide advice concerning relevant issues and respond to proposal inquiries and resolve proposal related issues.

4. Consolidates writes or rewrites proposals; interprets customer guidelines to ensure compliance and confirms with Sales.

5. Plans, arranges and participates in meetings to promote participation in the proposal process.

Looking for an Engineering Designer to support the Electronics Packaging department. As a member of the Electronics Packaging group, you’ll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers to make our technologies a reality. This position will serve on-site in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities:
• Support the modeling, drafting, and release of new or existing mechanical parts and assemblies related to launch vehicle avionics using Siemens NX managed with Teamcenter.
• Support the modeling and drafting of electrical printed wiring assemblies (PWA’s).
• Communicate project status to Responsible Engineers.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on the design of various system components.
• Compile digital product definition packages for final release per ASME Y14.41 - Digital Product Definition Data Practices using Siemens NX PMI and Teamcenter.
