Job Duties

• Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prepper/Painter to join our team with a strong understanding of paint application techniques
• As a Prepper/Painter, you will play a vital role in the aircraft refinishing process by preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. 
• Must be able to refinish aircraft from start to finish

Job Qualifications

• Strong understanding of paint application techniques
• Surface preparation experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Must be able to refinish aircraft from start to finish
• Must work in a drug-free environment
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and mandatory random drug testing.
