SKILL: CNC Operator/Programmer

Responsible for knowing all functions, tooling, materials and procedures for an efficient and a safe production of parts on the CNC Router. The operator will produce quality parts and run production as scheduled, will trouble shoot machine, material and quality issues and report them to a supervisor. He or she will understand and follow all safety regulations as well as facility production standards and processes. The operator is to ensure that the work area, machine and equipment are clean and well maintained.
Understand and retain concepts, functions and procedures and apply them to machine operation.
Stay focused and concentrated during machining operations.
Anticipate critical situations and react in a fast and concise manner when they cannot be avoided.
Strong problem solving abilities.
Use of standard hand tools for executing machine and tooling maintenance
