Job Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements on Pilatus aircraft.
  • Diagnose and correct mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, flight-control, landing-gear, and fuel-system discrepancies.
  • Perform engine and propeller maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting as authorized.
  • Complete aircraft modifications, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
  • Remove and install aircraft components in accordance with approved technical data.
  • Conduct operational checks and support aircraft run-ups and return-to-service activities.
  • Accurately complete maintenance records, work orders, inspection documents, and FAA-required paperwork.
  • Use Pilatus maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, wiring diagrams, and other approved technical publications.
  • Coordinate with inspectors, avionics technicians, parts personnel, and maintenance leadership to complete projects on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while complying with company, FAA, and customer requirements.
  • Provide professional support and communication in a corporate aviation and customer-facing environment.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in corporate or business aviation.
  • Hands-on maintenance experience with Pilatus PC-12 and/or PC-24 aircraft strongly preferred.
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Experience performing scheduled inspections and unscheduled maintenance on turbine-powered aircraft.
  • Must provide personal tools appropriate for the position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, overtime, or on-call assignments as operational needs require.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces, on ladders, and around operating aircraft.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pilatus factory training or model-specific maintenance courses.
  • Experience with Pratt & Whitney PT6 engines and Hartzell propeller systems.
  • Inspection Authorization certification.
  • Experience working in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station or corporate flight department.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking and work-order systems.

Facility Description

Our client is located in Broomfield, Colorado. About 70 percent of all PC-12s which come off the production line are finished to customer specifications (interior and exterior livery) in Colorado.

Pay

Pay Range: $25.00-$50.00

Typical Gross Weekly Take Home (for a full work week): $2,000.00
