KICK START BONUS - FIRST 6 Recruited STARTS AS OF 6/24/26 $750 ($250 TRAVEL 1ST CHECK (tied to 30 days on the job)/ $250 Bonus after 30 days and another $250 Bonus after 60 days.

  • Ability to read and understand technical data such as CMM, SRM, IPC, and Engineering orders needed to complete tasks in accordance with FAA, customer, or company requirements
  • Remove damage, layup and bond various composite materials using both pre-impregnated material and Wet Layup practices without causing additional damage to underlying structures
  • Remove damage, prepare surfaces, layup and bond various metal to metal components using the Autoclave and Hot Bond methods
  • Fabricate temporary or permanent tooling needed to complete bonds, maintain contours or alignment of piece parts
  • Assemble repaired components and sub assemblies
  • Assure product quality including first article inspection

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

  • FAA Part 145 repair station environment
  • Composite structural repair
  • Metal bond repair
  • Hot Bond and/or Autoclave repairs
  • Wet Layup and Prepreg composite repairs
  • Reading and interpreting SRM, CMM, IPC, and Engineering Orders
  • Component or subassembly repair
  • Bench repair rather than production assembly
  • Aviation composite/ metal bond repair on aircraft or components/ sub assemblies
  • Aviation mechanical experience, either fixed wing or rotorcraft experience, desired.
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints, engineering drawing and technical publications required.
  • Familiarity with various pieces of ground support, test equipment, shop tooling desired.
  • The ability to understand and follow instructions needed to maintain productivity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.

Facility Description

Our client is an FAA & EASA Certified, ISO 9001 & AS9100C Registered Repair Station centrally located in Mansfield, Texas. They are an approved maintenance repair supplier by The Boeing Company.

Our client's specialized services include the repair and overhaul of structural and nonstructural airframe components for commercial and military classification aircraft. Core competencies include conventional sheet metal repair, honeycomb bond repair, composite repair utilizing hot bond, oven and autoclave processes.

Their repair and overhaul capabilities include Winglets, Wing Tips, Flaps, Slats, Elevators, Ailerons, Rudders, Vertical Stabilizers, Horizontal Stabilizers, Spoilers, Leading and Trailing Edges, Trim Tabs, Fairings, Pylons, MLG & NLG Doors, Access Panels, Engine Inlet and Fan Cowl
