​Manager is looking to bring these FLM's on permanent.  They must be willing to convert to FTE

Job Family Description:
Ensures the manufacture of completed units by overseeing activities such as assembly of components into subassemblies; mating or joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic); installation of systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic) that are fastened with screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping or swaging, connectors, or adhesives; and testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment. Interfaces with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance.\
Additional Responsibilities
Manager oversees the day to day operations of the department he/she responsible for.  This list includes but it not limited to the following:
·       Daily crew meetings
·       Planning work for the day
·       Assigning crew appropriately
·       Collaborates with other departments like tooling, maintenance, quality, engineering and others necessary to accomplish the goals of the department
·       Tracks metrics on a daily basis and is accountable to those metrics.  These might include daily production numbers, making sure parts move to the next sequence on time, and monitoring and actively participating in safety initiatives
·       Daily time and attendance for employees
·       Administering discipline when necessary in a fair and timely fashion
·       Works close with Union steward and Human Resources when necessary to assure compliance of the collective bargaining agreement
