Seeking licensed A&P mechanics in Wilmington, OH
Candidates will be working on 727, 757, 767 and other commercial type aircraft that client performs maintenance on.
What you will do: This position will perform troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and customer maintenance program requirements, in estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality. You will also consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Position also will perform typical maintenance actions including bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring to include the removal and replacement of aircraft components, engines and flight controls. In addition this position is responsible for completing and attaching parts tags to removed repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts ISW with customer and/or repair station guidelines. Additionally you will Return to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing company logbooks or customer authorized documentation. This position reports to one of the production supervisors.
Client in Wilmington, OH is a four hangar facility with 315,000 sq. ft. located at a CAT III classified airport. Located on site in Wilmington, is a 100,000 sq. ft. Component Repair/Overhaul facility that provides 12,000+ line item repair capability including composites, avionics, wheels, brakes, wire-harness, paint, and heat treat capabilities. Airborne customers receive the support of a Manufacturing division that produces repair parts per FAR 121, replacement part manufacturing per OEM requirements and owner operator parts. Through Reverse Engineering, Client is able to manufacture parts with our Quick Turn Manufacturing to meet customer and maintenance requirements. Material Services is a 40,000 sq. ft. facility marketing parts domestically and internationally.
