• HOLIDAY PAY
  After employees are on the job for 60 calendar days, they are eligible for the following paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.


• LONGEVITY BONUSES
  An employee will be eligible for 1-week pay longevity bonus after 2000 straight time hours on the job without a 30 calendar day gap in service.


• CAFETERIA 125 PROGRAM
  Employees are eligible immediately for this valuable service. This can be used to pay for qualified medical programs with pre-tax dollars.


• 401 K
  A new 401K program is now available to all of our qualified employees allowing the development of valuable retirement assets.


• WEEKLY PAYROLLING and DIRECT DEPOSIT
  Paychecks are delivered weekly to the job site or mailed via US Mail to the address indicated by the employee. Direct Deposit into our employees' personal bank accounts is available.


• PER DIEM PAYMENTS
  When an employee's jobsite is more than 50 miles from his permanent residence, he is eligible for Per Diem payments.


• TRAVEL PAY
  In certain cases, employees may be eligible for a one way travel stipend.
